OKR method is a management technique at DefineX to run our teams and yourself as an individual connecting to measurable results.

It creates focus and prioritization. It also aligns team effort and makes sure everybody is working towards achieving meaningful and ambitious goals not small tasks and are on the similar pages.

DefineX also grows and learns from YOUR feedback you provide every quarter through X-Rays!

At DefineX, we recognize the value in feedback from DefineXers and therefore we have developed a standard survey for measuring DefineXer engagement on a quarterly basis. Main benefit we see in frequent pulsing is that encourages a faster transition from feedback to action. Not only it gives the manager more opportunities to have conversations with their teams about the feedback and take effective action, but it also increases the chances you’ll see more changes that matter to you.

Bi-weekly Lunch and Learns

Lunch and Learns are voluntary meetings and training sessions that take place during lunch. Every other week we bring together DefineXers in an informal atmosphere to collaborate and learn at lunch.
